You can register online through our website. Simply choose your membership plan, fill in your details, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your member credentials within 24 hours.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and PayPal. For lifetime memberships, we also offer installment payment options upon request.
Yes! You can upgrade your membership at any time by paying the difference. For example, upgrading from Individual to Family membership would cost the prorated difference based on remaining months.
You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before expiry. Login to your account and click Renew, or set up auto-renewal for hassle-free continuation of your membership benefits.
Memberships are generally non-refundable. However, if you have not used any member benefits within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. Contact our support team for assistance.
Family memberships include up to 4 family members living at the same address. The primary member manages the account and can add family members through the dashboard. Each family member receives their own member credentials.
Yes, non-members can attend public events at regular prices. However, members get priority booking, discounted tickets (10-20% off), and exclusive access to member-only events.
The Buddy System pairs new arrivals with established community members who can help with settling in, navigating local services, and making connections. It is available exclusively for members.
